Modify the holder of a generic domain (gTLD)

If you want to modify the data of the holder of a TLD domain (all extensions except .es), you can do so easily from the control panel of cdmon. The modification of the details of the name and/or email of the owner of a domain must be validated by the holder's current email account, and if the mail account is also changed, it must be validated. Such validation is carried out by means of a link sent to the account or both accounts.

To make the modification, access the domain control panel by clicking on the option Domain.

Press the option Modify contact data.

From that paragraph you have a form to modify the details of the Owner contact. You have two types of forms, one for individuals and one for organizations.

• Form for organizations

Click on the option Save all contacts and you will automatically receive an email in the holder's current account to validate the changes. If you modify your email account, you will receive an email in the current account and the new account and both accounts have to validate the change.
