Restrictions for registering .yt domains:
- .yt domains may contain a maximum of 63 characters and a minimum of 2.
- Any citizen with nationality from one of the EU Member States, regardless of their country of residence, may register a .yt domain.
- Any company, corporation, or association based within the countries that make up the European Union has the right to register a .yt domain.
- Accepted characters for registration are: a–z, 0–9, and hyphen “-”. The hyphen cannot be the first or last character and cannot appear consecutively twice or more.
- The domain must have an active DNS service at the time of registration.
