.com, .net, .org, .info, .mobi, .tel, .cat, .tv, .cc, .biz, .name, .ws, .me, .asia domains

A domain transfer may remain pending for the following reasons:

  • An error occurred in the process because the domain does not meet one of the requirements:
  • The process has been cancelled:
    • The 5 predefined days have passed without the administrative contact of the domain accepting the transfer by clicking the acceptance link sent during the request.
    • The current registrar cancelled the request.
    • cdmon cancelled the request.

In this situation, you can access the domain transfer panel and click Cancel transfer so that the transfer amount is refunded (using the same payment method used for the request).

The refund process will ask for confirmation, and you must enter a text explaining the reason for the request. If the payment was made by bank transfer, you will need to provide an account number so the refund can be issued.
