Cdmon ticket support and management centre
Do you have questions or need help with your services? From now on, you can contact us directly from your control panel.
1. Access support from the panel
To access your support area:
- Log in to your cdmon control panel. https://admin.cdmon.com
- At the top left, just above the logo, click on "Contact cdmon".
By doing so, your personal support area, integrated with your panel account, will open automatically. You do not need to register again or remember another password.
2. Ticket management
From your new support area, you can:
- Check the status of your previous tickets. Click on "My Area" from the support website while logged in:
- You can reply to our technicians directly.
Send a new inquiry or request (ticket). From "My Area", click on "Add Ticket"
3. Customize your support account
You can access the "Profile View" to view and modify your account details.
In the same support area, you will find the "Edit profile" option:
- Add an alternative phone number or email address for notifications.
- Configure your language preferences.
- Customize your profile picture
Everything is linked to your panel account, so you do not need to manage users separately.
4. Inquiries without panel access
Don’t have an account or can’t access your panel?
You can write to us using the public contact form:
- Link: Contact form
- Please note that this type of inquiry is not validated and we will not be able to provide confidential information or make technical changes (for example, access your hosting or modify domains). For this, you need to send the inquiry from the control panel, where your security PIN is automatically included.
