PIN code for queries

At cdmon, we take the security and privacy of our users very seriously. To guarantee your identity when you contact us, we have implemented a security PIN. This PIN is required both for opening support tickets and for phone inquiries.
 
In this tutorial, we show you how to find your PIN, its automatic modification date, and how to change it.
 
Important: For security reasons, your PIN will be automatically changed every six months.
 
 
Access User Management
  1. Access your cdmon control panel.
  2. Dropdown with your username:
    • Click on the “Security PIN” option.
 
 
View your Security PIN
  1. View the PIN:
    • In the “Security PIN” section, you will find your current PIN.
    • This PIN is required to make phone inquiries or open support tickets.
 

Change your PIN (OPTIONAL)
1.      Change the PIN:
    • Click on “Generate secure PIN”.
    • Here you can also see the date of the next automatic change.
      • Manual change: Enter a new PIN following the validation criteria (4 digits that are not identical or consecutive).
      • Generate secure PIN: Click this option to have the system automatically generate a secure PIN.
 

2.      Save changes:
    • Once the new PIN has been entered or generated, click on “Save changes”.
