ConnectiLogs | Malware Management of cdmon Hostings

The ConnectiLogs tool is designed to provide clear and simple access to the logs of the hostings you have created in your control panel.

From this section, you can view and analyze server logs through an intuitive panel, accessible to both beginners and advanced users. Its main objective is to facilitate log interpretation, helping you make informed decisions about the operation and security of your website.

Access ConnectiLogs from the Control Panel
  • Log in to your cdmon control panel.
Make sure you have access to your account to view the available tools.

  • In the top bar, click the "ConnectiLogs" button.
You will be redirected to the main ConnectiLogs panel:

Malware

When accessing ConnectiLogs, the "Malware" section will automatically load, where you can check the security status of your hostings.
  • In the main part of the screen, you will find a summary of threats detected in your hostings. This summary is displayed in a table with the following columns:
    1. Domain: Name of the domain associated with the hosting.
    2. Suspicious files: Number of files identified as potentially malicious.
    3. Automatically treated files: Number of files that the system has handled automatically.
    4. "Go to report" button: Allows you to access the specific details of the selected hosting.

    • Detailed hosting report
    • By clicking the "Go to report" button, you will access a page with specific files from the selected hosting. The beginning of this section is divided into two main blocks:
  1. Number of suspicious files: Total files identified as potentially malicious. The "Review files" button filters the file table to display only suspicious files.
  2. Number of automatically treated files: Total files that the system has disinfected or quarantined. The "Review files" button filters the file table to display only automatically treated files.

    • File table with "Malware"
Below the two buttons, a detailed table appears with the detected files. It includes the following columns:
      1. Type of infection: Indicates the type of detected threat (for example, malicious code, phishing attempt, etc.).
      2. File path: Shows the exact location of the file in your hosting.

The table updates automatically when using the "Review files" buttons depending on the selected type (suspicious or automatically treated).

Note: In the top right corner of this section, there is also a "Download report" button, which allows you to generate a CSV file with all the data from the selected hosting report. The option to download reports facilitates detailed review, especially in cases with large volumes of detected files.
