Domain Operations: Modify contact details

From your dashboard cdmon you can easily and easily modify your domain contact details. To do this you have to access domain management from the "Basic list of services" by clicking on the option Domain.

On the domain management screen you have to click on the option Edit contact data.

From this option you can modify the owner's contact details, administrative contact, technical contact and payment contact:

• Owner information: here are the administrative data necessary when claiming some form of irregularities. Authenticate the actual owner of the domain.
• Administrative contact details: the email provided in this contact will be the contact to which a validation email will be sent if you want to transfer the domain.
• Payment contact details: the data contained in this contact will be for information purposes, as the billing of the domain is linked to the invoicing contact of the cdmon user.
• Technical contact details: these are the least used domain data and are for information purposes.

In the following image you can see the form for modifying the data from a domain. To modify the contacts individually you have to click on the contact tab.

You can copy the data from another contact by selecting it from the "Use the data from:" drop-down field.

Once the data has been modified, press the button Save all contacts to make the changes effective.
