How to create and activate the User newsletter

The newsletter user allows you to send mass emails through a specific server to prevent spam email blocking. Below, we explain how to activate it and configure it in the main email clients.

1.- Hosting access
Access your cdmon control panel with your username and password. On the "Basic service list" page, click the Hosting option (Hosting Senior in this example) to access the hosting management.

2.- Creation and activation
From the hosting management, you must access the Newsletter user option, which you will find in the "Email" section.

On the "Newsletter user" page, you must choose a name for the outgoing server and a password, accept the service conditions and activate the newsletter user by setting the Newsletter service status option to Enabled. The username is assigned automatically and cannot be changed.

3.- Edit settings and view statistics
Once the "newsletter service" has been enabled, you can disable it, modify the server name, its password, view information about mailings and purchase extra mailings.

In the last section of the page, you can view and download, in .csv format, sending statistics and statistics for the purchase of extra mailings.

Now, with the "Newsletter user" already created, you can configure it in an email client.
