How to make a reset of the website

If you want to delete all the content from the "web" folder of your hosting account, you must follow these steps:

 

In your cdmon control panel, from the "Basic list of services" access the hosting management panel. Once inside the hosting management panel, you must access the option Hosting information, which is located within the section 
'Server'.

 

 

In the 'Hosting information' section, you will find different areas with information and actions related to hosting management. In the 'Reset hosting root folder' section, you must click on Reset.

 

 

For security reasons, a confirmation window will appear. You must click on the Accept option if you wish to reset the hosting account.
