Invoice list information
In the "Invoice list" section, you can view and download the invoices generated from the purchase of services at cdmon. To access this section, you must click on the dropdown Billing and then click on List invoices.
The following information is displayed in the invoice list.
Invoice list
- Quarterly billing: download the quarterly billing in CSV format.
- Yearly: download the annual billing in CSV format.
- Invoice No.: invoice number. It is composed of the invoice number / the year of issue.
- Issue date: the issue date.
- Concept: basic concept of the invoice.
- Associated billing customer: Displays the billing details of the customer assigned to this invoice.
- Amount: total amount of the invoice, including taxes.
- Actions (Download): by clicking the corresponding icon, you can download the invoice in PDF format for quick viewing and in .F64, which corresponds to the legal electronic invoice. For more information about electronic invoices, click here here.
To view older invoices, you can filter by Year and Month from the upper left corner of the invoice list.
