An electronic invoice is the digital equivalent of a paper invoice, with the advantage that it can be sent by telematic means such as email or download from a website.
The electronic invoice has the same legal validity as the paper invoice for tax purposes.
Once your order has been processed, we will send you the registration confirmation by email. In that email you will receive two files related to your invoice: the first in PDF format to simplify viewing the invoice, and the second in .F64 format, which contains the official invoice encrypted with the company's electronic signature.
The .F64 file is the container for the electronic invoice. This file must be stored in a safe place, as it corresponds to the official invoice for the service provided.
What happens if I lose it?
cdmon has a backup of all issued invoices; you can download a copy from the control panel > Billing > List invoices.
You must access the official website of the Spanish Tax Agency (www.agenciatributaria.es), where you can decrypt the file. Click on the following link.
We understand that the system is not the simplest; that is why, for your convenience, we provide a decrypted copy of the invoice in PDF format. The PDF invoice is exactly the same as the one you will obtain by decompressing the .F64 file.
