The transfer of a domain with these extensions may remain pending because:
In this situation, you can access the “Manage domain transfer” panel found in the “Domain list” by clicking the “Manage” option of the domain being transferred, and then click Reprocess transfer, so that the process starts again and the transfer acceptance email is resent to the administrative contact address.
Notes:
.es, .com.es, .nom.es, .org.es domains
The transfer of a .es domain may remain pending because the process was cancelled due to one of the following situations:
In this situation, you can access the “Manage domain transfer” panel found in the “Domain list” by clicking the “Manage” option of the domain being transferred, and then click Reprocess transfer, so that the process starts again.
Note:
- If the domain returned an error due to an incorrect Auth Code, a new Auth Code may be entered from the transfer screen before reprocessing the request.
- If the transfer request email has not been accepted because you do not have access to the address it was sent to, you should update the administrative contact email address with your current provider and, once the change is made, reprocess the transfer.
.eu domains
The transfer of a .eu domain may remain pending because:
In this situation, you can access the “Manage domain transfer” screen and click Reprocess transfer, so that the process starts again.
If the domain returned an error due to an incorrect Auth Code, a new Auth Code may be entered from the transfer screen before reprocessing the request.
