If you have experience with domain transfers, want to transfer many domains, and do not want to do it one by one, you can choose the "Bulk Transfers" option. From there, you can submit a list of domains you wish to transfer.
To do this, you must access the
cdmon website, open the "
Domains" dropdown menu, click on the option Transfer domains and follow the instructions below.
Click on the Bulk Transfers option found at the bottom of the search field.
In the search box, enter the list of domains to transfer without the www prefix, separating each domain with a space. Once you have the list ready, click the magnifying glass icon.
The search result shows whether your domains are transferable or not, due to being blocked (
requirements for a domain to be transferable). If a domain requires an Auth Code for transfer, you will need to enter it on the next screen and click
Validate. If a domain appears as Blocked, it means it cannot be transferred. You must log in to your current provider and disable the domain lock before continuing with the transfer.
Once the Auth Code and domain status have been successfully validated, a list of domains to be transferred and the total cost of the operation will be displayed. To continue, click on Add validated domains.
The transfer request has been added to the cart, where you must follow the purchase process, choosing the renewal period and clicking the Next step option.
OPTIONAL: To make the process easier when you have a large number of domains to transfer, we offer the option to upload an Excel (.xls, .xlsx) or CSV (.csv) file with the domain information. Below you will find detailed instructions on how to organize the information in your Excel/.csv file:
- Format for .xls and .xlsx (Excel): Create one column (1) named Domains and another column (2) named AuthCode. Then, enter each domain you wish to transfer in the "Domains" column and its corresponding Auth Code in the "Auth Code" column. Make sure each domain and Auth Code are on the same row. Example
Domains AuthCode
yourdomain.com ************
yourdomain1.com **********
- Format for .csv: Open your text editor or any spreadsheet program that allows saving as CSV. Enter each domain and its Auth Code on a new line, separating both values with a comma. Example:
yourdomain1.com,************
yourdomain2.com,************
yourdomain3.com,************
- Once you have created the file with the required information, you must click on Upload .xls, .xlsx or .csv file, located right at the beginning of the bulk transfer process, below the box for manually adding domains. When you access it, the following window will appear, where you must drag or click to select the file from your computer:
