How to activate the cdmon Domain API

The Domain API is a tool that allows many of the operations available within, the control panel and the commercial web, by simply request to an API that we provide.
In this guide we show the steps to take to activate the domain API on your cdmon user from the dashboard.


1-Access to "User and security"
  • Go to your cdmon user dashboard.
  • Click on "User and security".


2- Activate API Key
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  • Tap "Activate API Key".
  • Accept the conditions of contracting.


3- Verification by mail
  • The system will send a security code to the cdmon contact mail.
  • Click "Send" to receive the code.
  • Enter the code and confirm.


  • The email to be received is such that this:


4-API Key generated
  • Once confirmed, the Key API will be ready to use.
  • You can regenerate it or disable the Key API at any time.


Note:
  • When regenerating the Key API, the previous one will stop working.
  • If you turn off the Key API, you will need to reactivate the service to get a new one.
