When sending emails, it is good to follow a series of guidelines that improve the quality of the messages sent and help avoid ending up on SPAM and "junk mail" lists.

1.-Split up your mailings 

1.  If you are sending a bulk mailing, it is recommended to split it into several mailings or set a sending time, between one email and the next, of several seconds.
2.  Some email providers such as Hotmail, Yahoo or Gmail, among others, are reluctant to receive bulk mailings to their accounts and usually do not treat emails received in this way favorably; they may even reject them directly. In addition, this may lead to a temporary block of the IP address sending the email.

2.-Do not send unwanted email

1. You should avoid sending emails to email accounts that do not want to receive them.
   

3.-Always include an unsubscribe option in newsletters

1. If the mailing is a newsletter or bulletin, it is highly recommended to include an option so the recipient can unsubscribe from the subscription list.

4.-Standardize email content

In the content of email messages, it is advisable to regulate the use of the following elements: 

• Programming code.

• A large number of links.

• Different font types and sizes.

• Attachments.

5.-Do not send large attachments 

1. You should avoid sending large attachments. Attachments sent to many addresses or of considerable size may affect the performance of the mail server.

6.-Use the newsletter user 

1. If you are going to send newsletters, it is recommended to use the "Newsletter user" instead of the regular SMTP server.

7.-Configure the SPF record 

1. SPF is a DNS record that allows the origin of an email to be validated as legitimate. Having this record correctly configured helps avoid sending problems and reduces the possibility of the email being considered SPAM.

8.- Send links with https 

1. If you are going to send any links in emails, they should be sent with the https:// protocol and not with http:// to ensure a secure connection. 

9.- Avoid spam words in the email 

1. Mail server spam filters may classify email messages as spam if they detect certain specific words (free, discount, best price, viagra, etc.). 

10.- Check https links in the signature
