Forward the transfer acceptance email for a domain

When you request the transfer of a domain, a message is automatically sent to the administrative contact address of the domain for acceptance.

The transfer will not begin until it is accepted by the administrative contact.

Below we explain how you can request the acceptance email to be resent depending on the domain extension:

Domains .com, .net, .org, .info, .mobi, .tel, .cat, .tv, .cc, .biz, .name, .ws, .me, .asia
For domains with these extensions, the message is sent from the address info@cdmon.com with the subject: CDmon.com Transfer Authorization for dominio.com - Domain transfer authorization for dominio.com
In this state, you can check from the control panel the address to which this communication has been sent for transfer acceptance and verify whether you have received the message. If for any reason (antivirus software, spam filtering, etc.) the message has not reached your inbox or was deleted by mistake, you can request for it to be resent.
To do so, simply access the transfer panel associated with the domain and click the Resend email button.

If you do not have access to the address to which the message was sent, you should modify the administrative contact address with your current provider and, once the change is completed, reprocess the transfer.

Domains .es, .com.es, .nom.es, .org.es
For .es domains, the email is sent from plandedominios@red.es with the subject: Red.es. Transfer confirmation.
In this state, you can check from the control panel the address to which the transfer acceptance email has been sent and confirm whether you received the message. If for any reason (antivirus software, spam filtering, etc.) the message has not arrived or was deleted by mistake, you should contact the domain department so they can manually cancel your request and restart it, ensuring the message is resent.

If you do not have access to the address to which the message was sent, you should modify the administrative contact address with your current provider and, once updated, request the domain department to reprocess the transfer.

Domains .eu
Transfers for .eu domains do not use this system. They start automatically once they are requested.
