1. Hosting email management
Access the “Account Management” section from the "Basic Services List".
2. Configure email
In the "Account Management" section you have the following actions, which are described below.
The chart shows the total space you have assigned and used, so you can adjust your accounts to the available size.
To create email accounts, click on Create account and fill in the account creation form. Enter the account name, password, size, and enable the options "Notify when quota is exceeded" and "Send a welcome email to the created account".
Account name: you must enter a name for the email accounts.
Password: it must be between 8 and 64 characters long and secure, otherwise the system will not accept it. We recommend that it includes uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and two or more special characters (@, #, $, %, &, /, =, ?, ¿, !, etc.).
Repeat password:you must enter the password for the account again.
Disk space: limit that the email account must have. The maximum space is 5 GB per account, with the possibility of increasing it up to 20 GB by activating the account Premium account.
Notify when quota is exceeded: sends an email to the user when the email account exceeds the assigned space quota.
Send a welcome email: sends a welcome email when the account is created.
Once the form has been filled in, you must click Create account.
When different email accounts are created, they appear listed in the "Created email accounts" section.
With this option you can upload a CSV file to create email accounts in bulk. In this option, you can download the CSV file template to import it later.
With this option you can modify the space of more than one account in bulk.
You must select the email accounts you want to edit, go to the Actions button and click on Modify space:
To proceed with the change, you only need to assign the space in MegaBytes (MB). Keep in mind that 1000MB is 1GB, so you must assign the space accordingly:
The "Download CSV" section allows you to download a CSV file with a summary of the data for all accounts created in cdmon.
This option allows you to configure indirect email delivery. If an email is sent to an account that does not exist in the domain, that email will be delivered to the account you have configured. This option is useful when you have many email accounts or accounts with names that may cause confusion.
Important note:it is recommended to keep this option disabled, since although it is sometimes enabled as a precaution to avoid losing emails whose recipient has been misspelled, a larger volume of unwanted email (spam) is usually received. The reason why more unwanted email is received when this option is enabled is because spammers can programmatically forge email addresses, meaning you would receive a message sent to the non-existent account demo123@example.com 3. Modify account data
Once the accounts have been created, you can manage them using the links in the "Management" and "Actions" sections. If you click on the Redirects option, you access the alias and redirect options.
The email alias is used to create parallel accounts that will be linked to the main account. Redirects, on the other hand, are used to redirect emails received from one email account to another.
And if you go to the "Actions" section, you can manage the following options:
Edit the email account
From this option you can access the tabs to edit the account, create an autoresponder, import email, and access help.
Autoresponder
The autoresponder sends an automatic message every time someone sends you an email.
Import email

Test email
With this option you can send a test email to the account to check that it works correctly.
Upgrade to Premium account
By clicking this option you can upgrade your email account to a Premium, increasing the storage space to 20GB and allowing you to send 1500 emails per day.
