- Service activation. The service payment has just been confirmed. Depending on the type of hosting, it may take some time to become 100% active.
- Active hosting. Your service is now fully operational and you can manage it from the control panel. Please note that even if the hosting is properly activated, you may not be able to access some features due to IP propagation. For this, you can use the mialias subdomain.
- Grace period. Once the hosting has expired, cdmon grants a period during which you can continue using the service normally. If it is renewed, the start date of the new period will remain the original expiration date. This period varies depending on the plan.
- Hosting deactivated. Your hosting is deactivated and you will not be able to access any related services. However, during the deactivation period, cdmon will keep your information stored. In case of renewal, your hosting and its data will be restored (emails are NOT restored; we recommend making regular email backups).
- Hosting deleted. After the deactivation period, your hosting will be completely deleted, removing all the information it may contain. The hosting will cease to exist and it will no longer be possible to perform any restoration or renewal.
