At cdmon, you have the option to internally migrate or transfer a web hosting service to another user.
 
In the Internal migration option that appears in the 'Product' section of the hosting management panel, you can perform different operations to transfer hosting.
 
 
In this option, you can transfer your hosting to another cdmon user by clicking on  Migrate to another user.
 
You will be taken to a screen where you must enter the username of the user to whom you want to transfer the hosting. You need to enter the name twice, once in the 'Username' field and again in the 'Verify username' field, then click on Migrate now.
 
If the user has not been previously created, you can use the 'create user' link to register them.
Once the user is created and validated, when you migrate the hosting, the change is carried out automatically and without loss of connectivity.
 
 
A window will appear indicating that the hosting will keep the same owner and that the billing details will be transferred to the new user.

 

 
To complete the process, the migration request must be accepted by both parties: the current user and the new user. They will receive an email at their respective contact addresses.

 

 
The email they will receive has the subject "Internal product migration initiated" and contains the following text. You must access the link included in the email to accept the migration:
 
Dear customer,
We inform you that an internal migration has been requested for the following product:
Hosting Testing Platform exampledomain.comTo make the migration effective, you must confirm your agreement as the current user of the product at the following link:
Once both users have given their consent, the migration will be completed and users will be notified by email.
If both parties do not confirm the operation within a maximum period of 60 days, the internal migration request will not be completed and will be discarded.

If you access Internal migration again from the control panel, you can see the current status of the migration. You also have the option to cancel or restart the migration in case one of the users has not received the acceptance email.

 

 
Once both emails are accepted, the process is successfully completed; you will receive an email at your contact address with the following text:
