How to send/reply to/delete an email from SOGo
SOGo is an intuitive web tool that allows you to manage your email easily and quickly from any browser. Below, we explain how to perform the most common actions: sending a message, replying to a received email, and deleting messages from your inbox.
To get started, access the SOGo web panel from your browser, enter your credentials, and click the arrow icon to log in:
Once inside, you will see the main interface, which by default shows the inbox either empty or containing received messages.
Send a new email
- To compose a new message, click the green button with the pencil icon located at the bottom left. A small menu will open where you must select the option “Compose a new message”.
- The message editor will open. Here you can add recipients, subject, message content, attachments, and more.
Reply to a received email
- To reply to a received email, go to your inbox and click on the message.
- Once opened, click the left arrow icon located at the top right of the message.
- This will directly open the reply editor with the recipient and subject already filled in. You will only need to write your message and send it.
Delete a message
- If you want to delete an email, simply select it in the inbox and click the trash bin icon at the top right.
- The message will automatically be moved to the “Trash” folder.
