How to send/reply to/delete an email from SOGo

SOGo is an intuitive web tool that allows you to manage your email quickly and easily from any browser. Below, we'll explain how to perform the most common actions: send a message, reply to an incoming email, and delete messages from your inbox.

To get started, access the SOGo web dashboard from your browser, enter your credentials, and click the arrow icon to log in:


Once inside, you'll see the main interface, which by default shows an empty inbox or one with received messages.



Send a new email
  1. To compose a new message, click the green pencil icon in the bottom left corner. A small menu will open where you should select the "Write a new message" option.


  1. The message editor will open. Here you can add recipients, subject, message content, attachments, and more.


Reply to a received email
  1. To reply to a received email, go to your inbox and click on the message.
  2. Once you have it open, click on the left arrow icon located in the upper right corner of the message.



  1. This will open the reply editor directly with the recipient and subject already filled in. Just type your message and send it.
Delete a message
  1. If you want to delete an email, simply select it in your inbox and click the trash can icon in the top right corner.



  1. The message will be automatically moved to the “Trash” folder.
