Issues when changing DNS servers / DNS propagation issues
If a change is made that affects the domain’s DNS configuration, such as modifying a DNS record or creating a domain redirection, these changes are not immediate. Depending on the domain extension, there may be delays in propagation. It is important to note that in order to modify the DNS servers associated with the domain, DNSSEC must be disabled on the domain.

Domain expiration and service suspension
This scenario occurs when a domain is not renewed before its expiration date, which may lead to the suspension of the website and any associated email services. Proper management of your cdmon user account and understanding WHOIS statuses can help prevent service interruptions.
Issues with domain redirection
One of the most common and confusing errors occurs when a redirection is deleted directly from the control panel. This error is caused by the removal of the DNS record (A type) assigned to that redirection.
When a redirection is configured in the control panel, a specific DNS record is created to handle it. If the redirection is removed, the corresponding DNS record is also deleted. This can lead to a problematic situation where, if the redirection was configured on the main domain, its removal causes the main domain to no longer point to any site.
Errors in external email configuration (DNS records)
Errors in the configuration of these records can lead to significant issues, such as being unable to receive emails. This usually happens when attempting to use an external email server without properly adjusting the mail records in the domain’s DNS.
Errors during domain transfers to cdmon
Transferring domains from other registrars to cdmon may encounter various obstacles, such as transfer locks or entering incorrect AuthCode values. These issues can delay or even prevent the domain transfer.
